I can get into setup and I’ve cleared the CMOS etc. I’ve booted from a DOS USB stick successfully but when I run AFUDOS with a 5.43 ROM downloaded from here:
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=pv-86212-1&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en&os=2100&product=3740326&sw_lang=
and extracted using 7zip, I get “-Error: BIOS is write protected”
Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated!
